Nancy Reitzel has worked in Early Childhood Education for over 30 years. She never expected to be awarded as a Blue Ribbon Champion, sponsored by the PA Family Support Alliance. The four award recipients were honored at the Capital Complex for the National Child Abuse Prevention Awareness Month!
Nancy was nominated by a preschool parent as she shows commitment to educating future early education high school students in child abuse prevention. She wants to prepare her students which will be future teachers, day care workers, and social workers to notice signs of child abuse and how to protect children.
